Ryde247 Inc is a same-day delivery and cleaning marketplace company serving Hamilton and Niagara, Ontario. We run two services on one platform: route-first delivery and person-first cleaning — both bookable from one Ryde247 account, 7am to 11pm daily.
What we do
Delivery. Same-day delivery of parcels, pharmacy pickups, groceries, store pickups, airport luggage and documents, plus scheduled business routes. Published distance-based pricing, HST included, proof on every delivery.
Cleaning. A marketplace connecting customers with vetted independent cleaners for home, deep, move-in, move-out, Airbnb and office cleaning — at flat, published HST-inclusive rates. Customers book the job; a cleaner is assigned and confirmed.
How we operate

1. Who we are
These terms apply to your use of the Ryde247 website and services, operated by Ryde247 Inc (“Ryde247”, “we”, “us”).
2. Our services
Ryde247 offers (a) same-day delivery services and (b) a cleaning marketplace connecting customers with independent cleaning professionals. Delivery and cleaning are separate booking flows under one customer account. Published prices are in Canadian dollars and include HST.
3. Bookings and payment
A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation with a tracking code. Prices shown at booking are final for that booking, except that waiting time ($0.75/min after 10 free minutes) and extra stops added in transit (+$3 each) may be billed afterward. If online payment is unavailable at booking, the booking may be confirmed with payment to be arranged afterward (“pay later”).
4. Cancellations
Delivery bookings can be cancelled free of charge before a driver is assigned. Cleaning bookings can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
5. Delivery terms
You must ensure items are legal, safe to transport, and properly packaged. We do not transport hazardous materials, illegal goods, or cash. Proof of delivery (photo and/or signature) is captured for every delivery.
6. Cleaning marketplace
Cleaners on the marketplace are independent contractors, not employees of Ryde247. Ryde247 vets cleaners and applies its published rate card, but the cleaning service is performed by the independent professional assigned to your booking.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ryde247's liability for any single booking is limited to the price paid for that booking. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Ontario law.

1. What we collect
We collect the information you provide when you create an account or make a booking: name, email, phone number, addresses, and booking details. We also collect limited usage data to operate and improve the service.
2. How we use it
We use your information to create and manage your account, process and track bookings, communicate about your orders, issue invoices, and comply with legal obligations (for example, tax records).
3. Sharing
We share booking details with the driver or cleaner assigned to your booking, and with payment processors to process payments. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Location
Addresses you enter are used for quoting, routing and delivery. We do not share continuous customer GPS data.
5. Your rights
You may request a copy of your data or ask us to correct or delete it by contacting info@ryde247.ca.
